Having been in many roles throughout my career, I have a unique perspective to offer and a variety of skills to meet your needs.

My career has been primarily clinical social work and the service industry. With 15 years of work experience, I have both “on the ground” and academic training in this field. It’s looked a lot of ways!

  • What to expect

We’ll follow your lead! From the first session, I focus on listening with curiosity. As trust builds, we will adjust based on your needs. Just like in-person, the “environment” should be quiet, private, and comfortable.

  • approach

I focus on expansion, reflection, and relationship with yourself and your world. This can range from finding solutions to finding meaning. I can smoothly move between shoulder to lean on, support in accountability, curious guide, and more.
